Jacques Dessemme Bio
Jacques Dessemme (16 September 1925 – 23 March 2019) was a French basketball player. He competed in the men’s tournament at the 1952 Summer Olympics.

Considered a basketball genius, Jacques Dessemme, was born in Bellegarde, September 25, 1925. He was crowned best scorer of the championship of France (1950, 1951 and 1953). At the time, he had marked the spirits by scoring 30 of the 54 points of the France team against Belgium (1951).
The basketball international club did not fail to pay a tribute, during his last gala, to his dean and true basketball legend.
